Everything you need to know about how and when your medications are shipped from Helping HandsRX.
No Weekend or Holiday Shipping
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Plan accordingly when submitting orders.
4:00 PM EST Order Cutoff
Orders must be received by 4:00 PM EST to be shipped same day or next business day.
Refrigerated Medications — Overnight
Medications requiring refrigeration (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide injectables) are shipped overnight with cold-chain packaging.
All Other Medications — 2-Day Shipping
Non-refrigerated compounded medications are shipped via 2-day delivery unless otherwise noted on your order.
